What to expect?

The Friday night seminar will be a lecture debunking several commonly accepted theories about acting. Steve will also discuss the historic roots of his avant garde approach, discussing the obstacles to be overcome when attaining a career as a professional actor. He will also reveal the secrets of sight reading and conclude with a lengthy period for all your questions!

For the Saturday/Sunday workshops, Steve will focus on eliminating the common quirks that come across as "bad acting." Some of these are indicating, making sense out of the words, habitual behaviors and self consciousness. This will be done on an individual basis after each pair of actors performs in front of a camera. Steve will also speak a little further on the optimum state of creativity one can achieve before a big audition.
